Andrea Durbin

Andrea Durbin is Executive Director of Oregon Environmental Council. Prior to that, she worked as an independent consultant based in Brussels for two years, and for over ten years as a senior manager for national environmental organizations in Washington, DC. She has published articles, testified before Congress and served as an NGO Representative on the US delegation to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris. She received her degree from the University of Washington, and has completed Harvard’s Executive Management Program.
