Governor Kulongoski signs climate change legislation into law

Tuesday, July 21, 2009 Today Governor Ted Kulongoski signed into law a series of bills comprising an aggressive climate change package that will reduce greenhouse gas emissions, ensure low carbon fuel, invest in green technology and jobs and increase energy efficiency in homes and businesses across the state.
