New Federal Agency and Website will focus on Climate Change

The new Climate Service will study and report on climate change and will be part of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).  The agency also announced a new website, www.climate.gov, that will provide access to NOAA's climate information in formats for five user groups: decision makers and policy leaders, scientists and applications oriented data users, educators, business users, and the public.
