OGWC to Meet in Portland

The OGWC will convene a meeting of the full Commission on October 21, 2016.  Discussion items will include the most recent data on Oregon's GHG emissions, the preliminary findings of the OGWC forest carbon task force, and what topics to cover in a possible 2016 report to the Legislature.
