The Oregon Legislature established the Oregon Climate Change Research Institute (OCCRI) in 2007 to facilitate research and provide climate change information to Oregon decision-makers. Dr. Philip W. The institute is operated by the Oregon University System and Dr. Mote is a professor in the College of Oceanic and Atmospheric Sciences at Oregon State University.
